So other  than only studying Polish for a few hours a week, you will be learning it all of the time, having to depend on your language skills to get around and conduct your daily business. Although this can be scary at first for a lot of people, you will never find a more effective way to learn Polish than immersion.

Language experts do not have the same opinion completely on most things, but they will all tell you that there is just simply no better way to pick up a language than by immersion.

Polish grammar really is just word endings, so do not let people scare you. To learn Polish grammar it’s not that hard. Those who like to feel superior, say, 'it will take years and years of work to speak the Polish language...oh and you must have a gift'.

To learn Polish and then speak it like a poet or news anchor person will take patience, but to communicate with people on the street or a potential mate, it's easier than you think.
